Berzerk Shipping Policy

At Berzerk, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, delivery times, and related details.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been placed and again when it has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery will take up to 7 business days across India.

In some cases, metro cities may receive orders slightly earlier, while remote areas may take the full timeframe.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders include a delivery fee.

Possible Delays

We always work hard to ensure timely delivery.

However, in rare cases, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events may slightly extend delivery times. If this happens, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible. 

Address Details

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

In case of incomplete or incorrect information, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Our support team will be happy to guide you if you need help updating your details.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
