Refund policy

At Berzerk, all orders are considered final once placed. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns, except for size exchanges as outlined below.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, size chart, colour information, and other product details carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of size-related issues, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags intact.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.

• A flat exchange and delivery fee of ₹300 will be applicable per exchange.

• Products purchased under final sale or clearance offers may not be eligible for exchange.

Colour Variation

Please note that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to differences in lighting, photography, camera settings, and individual screen displays.

Minor colour variations are considered normal and do not qualify for an exchange or return.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Berzerk. We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
