Refund policy

At Berzerk, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns on any products once an order has been placed.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and other details carefully before making your purchase.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of size-related issues.

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange process.

• A flat exchange and delivery fee of ₹250 will apply.

Berzerk reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
